About this policy

This policy describes how Team2020 / DooToob apps access, use, store and disclose information. It covers Chat Saver for Microsoft Teams, Clean Ai Cache, Team2020 Update Repair (previously Windows Update Repair), PC Upgrade Xray, and Wake Both Monitors. Read the section for the app you use: their permissions and network features differ.

Local processing still involves access to information, even when it is never uploaded. The sections below distinguish information processed on your device, optional requests to outside providers, and information you choose to send to support.

Our apps are independent products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft handles Microsoft accounts, Microsoft Store transactions, Windows diagnostics and Microsoft services under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. That statement describes Microsoft's practices; this policy describes ours.

Chat Saver for Microsoft Teams: Privacy Policy

Scope and purpose

This section applies to the DooToob Windows app Chat Saver for Microsoft Teams, distributed through the Microsoft Store. Its purpose is to export the chat history that the new Microsoft Teams client has already stored on the user’s PC into an Excel workbook chosen by the user.

Information the app reads

When the user clicks Start, the app copies the Microsoft Teams chat cache from the user’s Windows profile and reads the copy. That cache may contain message text, sender names, timestamps, conversation titles, participant names and attachment file names. The app reads it only to create the workbook the user asked for.

Where information goes

The workbook, and the optional copy of the raw cache, are saved only in the folder the user selects. The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising or telemetry, and it makes no network connections. Nothing is sent to DooToob or to any third party. The app remembers one setting, the last destination folder, in the user’s Windows profile.

Microsoft Teams data

The app never modifies Microsoft Teams or its data; it works from a copy. It does not sign in to Microsoft services and does not access messages that are not already stored on the PC. Chats from a work or school account may belong to the user’s organisation, so users should make sure they are permitted to keep copies under its policies.

Use, sharing and sale

The app processes the local cache only to produce the export you request. It does not transmit that cache to DooToob or use it for advertising, profiling or tracking. DooToob receives an export only if you independently choose to send it to support.

Security, retention and deletion

Exported workbooks and retained cache backups stay in the folder you choose until you delete them. If you do not keep a cache backup, the app attempts to delete its temporary working copy after the export; an interrupted run or deletion failure may leave a temporary copy. You can delete leftover ChatSaver temporary folders from your Windows temporary folder after closing the app. To remove the remembered destination, close the app and delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\ChatSaver\settings.json. Uninstalling does not necessarily delete exports or settings. DooToob cannot access or delete these local files remotely.

Children, changes and contact

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the Microsoft Store listing will be updated before or when the change is released. Questions may be sent to support@dootoob.com or through our contact page.

Chat Saver for Microsoft Teams is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft, Microsoft Teams and Excel are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

Clean Ai Cache (Clean AI): Privacy Statement

Clean AI is a Windows utility that scans known local app data folders for Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot and, after your confirmation, deletes regenerable cache, log and crash-report files. It reads folder paths, file sizes and file counts to display cleanup results. Sign-in, settings and local conversation-storage folders are excluded from its scan.

Cleanup runs locally. Clean AI does not upload scan results, file contents or logs to DooToob or any AI service. It has no account, advertising, analytics or telemetry. The terminal displays local file paths and cleanup results; the Copy button places that text on your clipboard only when you select it. Review logs before sharing them. Clearing the terminal removes the displayed log.

Cleanup files are deleted only after you confirm. Files in use or inaccessible files are skipped. Clean AI does not delete online chat history. The Gemini button provides guidance rather than deleting local browser data.

Privacy and Manage ... online links open external websites in your default browser only when selected. Your browser and those providers handle their own website requests and account information under their privacy policies. DooToob cannot access or delete your local app data remotely.

Team2020 Update Repair: Privacy Policy

Updated October 8, 2026. This section covers Team2020 Update Repair (previously Windows Update Repair), Microsoft Store Product ID 9NLZ1QF50LNT, published by Team2020. DooToob.com provides this product's developer information and support. The product is independent of Microsoft and is not endorsed by Microsoft.

Local information and changes

The app reads local service states, update history, system settings, free disk space, diagnostic logs and whole-PC network and disk byte counters. At your request it attempts a restore point, synchronizes time, changes update-service startup settings, clears downloaded update files, resets update folders, backs up and resets eligible policies, checks connectivity, and runs Windows DISM and SFC. Administrator access is required. Restore-point creation may fail or be unavailable.

Reports, backups and sharing

Export Report saves console output and diagnostic files locally on your Desktop. Policy backups are saved in Documents. Reports can contain computer names, local account names and paths, update history and other details recorded in Windows logs. They remain on your PC until you delete or choose to share them. The app does not automatically upload reports or backups to Team2020 or DooToob. Review them before sharing.

Network access

Connectivity checks contact Microsoft endpoints. Windows Update, DISM and Windows Time may contact Microsoft or organization-configured update, repair-content and time servers. Those services receive connection information such as IP addresses and may process system information under their own privacy policies. Step 10 disables Delivery Optimization peer sharing before scanning for updates. Opening website links uses your browser and its usual network requests.

Accounts, advertising and support

The app has no app account, advertising, analytics or telemetry. Team2020 does not automatically receive the local information processed by the app. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting support@dootoob.com. Team2020 cannot remotely access or delete your local reports.

PC Upgrade Xray: Privacy Policy

Local hardware scans and reports

The app scans your PC on startup and when you select Scan Again. It reads Windows hardware and system information to display your equipment and suggest possible upgrades: computer manufacturer and model, Windows version, BIOS version, motherboard details, CPU and GPU models, drivers, RAM capacity and part numbers, disk models and capacities, drive letters, free space, file-system types, and network-adapter names. The hardware scan does not upload these results to DooToob.

Scan results and optional research results are held in the running app. Save Report writes HTML, text or JSON to the location you choose. Reports may contain your hardware configuration, scan warnings, research answers and source links. They are not automatically uploaded. Review reports before sharing them. Close the app to clear its working results and delete saved reports yourself when no longer needed.

Optional Google Gemini research

Gemini research is optional and requires your own API key. Before sending, the research window lets you review the hardware inventory. Selecting Send hardware details & research sends that inventory, a research prompt and your API key directly to Google's Gemini API over HTTPS. The inventory includes manufacturer and model identifiers, component part numbers, memory specifications and disk specifications. Serial numbers, usernames, personal files and network addresses are excluded from the inventory. Google still receives connection information such as your IP address.

The API key is kept in memory for the research window and cleared when it closes; the app does not save it to a settings file or include it in reports. Google processes requests, answers, account information and Google Search grounding under its Privacy Policy and Gemini API terms. Depending on your account and service tier, Google may use submitted content and responses to improve its products, and human reviewers may process them. Do not submit confidential information. Google's terms also impose age, regional and permitted-use restrictions.

You can use the local scan without Gemini, decline to enter a key, or close the research window to cancel further app requests. Cancelling cannot recall information already received by Google. For Google's retention, deletion and account controls, use its published policies and your Google account or project controls. DooToob cannot delete Google's records.

Searches, website links and advertisements

Upgrade searches open Bing in your default browser and send a query containing the relevant model or component details. Manufacturer links, research sources, privacy links and the Visit apps from dootoob.com advertisement open external pages when selected. Your browser sends normal connection information and may use cookies or an existing signed-in session under the destination provider's policies. Google-provided search suggestions may also load online resources when displayed in the research window.

The DooToob advertisement is a locally displayed promotional link. Its changing colors do not transmit information. The app does not attach your hardware scan, reports or API key to that link, and it contains no advertising SDK, interest-based advertising or advertising-ID tracking. Selecting the link visits our website; leaving it unselected avoids that visit. No interest-based advertising opt-out is needed for this local banner because it does not use interest-based advertising.

Wake Both Monitors: Privacy Policy

Display information and local operations

Wake Both Monitors is a Windows display wake utility for use when returning to your PC through a KVM or when your displays need a wake request. It reads the number of active displays, their Windows display-device names (such as DISPLAY1) and their pixel widths and heights. It uses this information to show which screens Windows detects and report the outcome of wake or reconnect requests. It does not read personal files, messages, browser history, account credentials or location information.

Normal launch sends display-on requests and temporarily holds the display idle timer awake. The hold is released when the operation finishes or the app exits. Selecting Reconnect both displays, or launching with the reconnect option, reapplies the saved extended-desktop configuration using Windows display APIs. This can switch your displays to Extend mode and briefly flicker the screens. Diagnostic mode reads display information and validates Extend support without changing display settings or power states. The app does not install a background service or permanently alter your power-plan or registry settings.

On-screen status and no log files

Wake Both Monitors displays operation times, detected display-device names and resolutions, wake or reconnect status, and error messages only in the running app window. These messages are held in memory and discarded when the app closes. The current version does not write log files, diagnostic text logs or wake-result text files.

Older versions may have left %LOCALAPPDATA%\WakeBothMonitors\latest.log on your PC. The current app does not update it. You can delete an old log yourself after closing the app. Explicit screenshot verification options can save an app screenshot in a verification folder beside the executable; normal launch does not save screenshots. Those images stay on your PC until you remove them.

Network access, sharing and your controls

Display wake and reconnect operations make no network requests. The app has no account, analytics, telemetry or advertising SDK. A local DooToob promotional link changes appearance as on-screen status updates. After you select it and confirm, it opens our Microsoft apps page in your browser. The browser makes normal website requests under the destination website’s privacy practices; the link does not send display details or on-screen messages. Display information and logs are not transmitted to Team2020, DooToob, Microsoft or any other party by the app. There is no remote monitoring or sale of display data. Information you independently send to support is handled as described in the Support information and privacy requests section of this policy.

You can close the app to cancel further wake attempts, choose whether it closes automatically, and decide whether to run the reconnect action. Closing the app does not undo a display configuration that Windows has already applied. To change that configuration, use Windows Display settings. The app reports what Windows detects; it cannot confirm that a monitor panel is physically lit or reconnect a monitor that the KVM has not exposed to Windows.

Privacy questions: support@dootoob.com. Wake Both Monitors is an independent Team2020 / DooToob utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Security, retention and your choices

Local exports, reports, settings, backups and clipboard text are protected by your device's Windows account permissions and any storage encryption you enable. The apps do not add password protection or encryption to exported workbooks or reports. Keep sensitive files in a protected folder, restrict shared-device access, and use Windows or organizational encryption where appropriate. Deleting a file normally is not a guarantee of secure erasure.

You control whether to start exports or cleanup, run repairs, save reports, copy logs, use optional online research, follow website links or share files with support. Declining an optional online feature does not authorize background transmission of your local results. Local files remain under your control until you remove them; uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove exported files or backups. Provider-held information is governed by the relevant provider's retention and deletion controls.

Support information and privacy requests

If you email support@dootoob.com or use our contact page, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you provide. We use them to respond, troubleshoot the issue and keep records needed to handle the request. Send only information needed for support; remove chat content, API keys and unrelated personal details from attachments.

Support communications may be processed by the hosting and email providers that deliver or store them, and disclosed where legally required. They are retained for handling support and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. For information you have sent us, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, or restrictions on use by emailing support@dootoob.com. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent or exercise other rights provided by your local privacy law. We may need to verify a request using information relevant to it, and explain any legal reason that prevents fulfilling it. DooToob cannot remotely access, correct or delete information held only on your device or in another provider's account.

Website visits, cookies and outside providers

Visiting DooToob.com is separate from local app processing. Website hosting can process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the site. This privacy page does not embed advertising, analytics scripts or a tracking SDK. Browser settings let you manage website cookies and stored site data. Other website pages, Microsoft services, Google services, AI providers and destinations you open have their own data practices; following a link does not send your local exports to them automatically.

Microsoft Store purchase and account details are handled by Microsoft. Team2020 / DooToob does not collect payment-card details through these apps. For Microsoft's collection, retention and privacy controls, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft privacy dashboard.

Children and third-party age restrictions

The apps described here do not request a child's age or create a child profile. Chat Saver is not directed to children under 13. Do not send children's personal information to support or to optional online research services. Google Gemini API access is subject to Google's age and permitted-use requirements, including its minimum age of 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to DooToob, contact support@dootoob.com so we can review and address it.

Policy updates and contact

We update this policy when app features or data practices change and show the latest revision date above. A policy update alone does not grant permission for new sharing of personal information; any feature requiring consent must obtain it in the app before the relevant activity. Questions about these apps or this policy: support@dootoob.com, Team2020 / DooToob, or our contact page.
